Exchanges and Return Policy
We are more than happy to fulfill any exchanges within 10 days of receipt of your package.  Please complete the exchange form found in your package (making sure to mark second choices) and repack the item(s) in its original packaging (including hang tags).  Insure your return and ship back to our offices.  Exchanges and returns are processed immediately.  Please allow up to four weeks for credit vouchers to be issued.

Inspect your items carefully once you receive them. If you are not completely satisfied with your Castles and Crowns purchase, send it back to us within 10 days of receiving your package*. We will be happy to make an exchange or issue you a credit for the original price paid once the item has been returned to us. Any resulting credits can be applied to future purchases. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks to receive your exchanged merchandise.

All exchanges and returns must be mailed to 3750 Airport Blvd., Mobile, AL 36608, postage paid. Exchanges are only accepted via mail and must include a copy of the return form. We must have the return form on hand before we can address any returns or exchanges. If the size or style that you request is not available, a credit voucher will be issued to you. Please include a credit card number and expiration date for return shipping and handling ($8.00) and any price difference for your exchange. No exchanges will be processed without meeting all the terms listed above.

* Any items with imperfections or quality issues must be returned during the 10 day period after your order was received. Our fabrics are not stain or rip proof. Any damage noted after this 10 day period will be your responsibility.

Our fabrics are not preshrunk. Shrinkage is expected. Washing is recommended in cold water, hang dry or tumble dry low, and follow-up with a cool iron as needed. Please note a hot iron may scorch poly/cotton fabrics!
